Introduction

I am a qualified SEN and English teacher with over 17 years of international teaching experience in primary and secondary schools, as well as adult education. Throughout my teaching career, I have dedicated several years to working closely with students who possess special educational needs.

This experience has equipped me with extensive knowledge and expertise in tailoring my lessons to address the unique learning requirements of each individual. Moreover, my international teaching experience spans diverse age groups and encompasses students with varying needs. I have also established and maintained effective, positive communication with culturally diverse communities and staff members.

In my role as an educator, I am committed to guiding students towards progress and confident development across all areas of their learning. Recognizing the significance of mind-body wellness in achieving optimal learning outcomes, I leverage my skills derived from my background in yoga teaching to support students through movement and breathing exercises. These practices help them focus their attention and stimulate cognitive, mental, and emotional growth. I firmly believe that learning is a holistic, lifelong journey.

As an educator and mentor, my objective is to instill in my students a sense of confidence and curiosity about the world around them, fostering a motivation to pursue continuous learning. I actively embrace novel ideas and actively seek opportunities to collaborate and share my knowledge and experiences with fellow professionals and colleagues. I look forward to working with your children and harnessing their love for learning outside of the classroom.
